The partner portal is the door for those people — and it is built so that everything they tell us goes through review, and nothing they tell us can quietly become law on the map.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT
Four steps, one audited path
Every step is written to the audit log, including the refusals. A queue that only records its approvals cannot show you that its guards are working.

One audited path opens your application, and — for a licence-bearing kind — the claim against a candidate place.

Checks run
Licence format, a cross-match against the imported ATF records held for review and map context, duplicate detection and field consistency. Results are stored on the claim and shown to you as plainly as to the reviewer.

A reviewer decides
Approve, ask for more, or decline. Approving requires a fresh sign-in, and a reviewer's session stays unlocked for twelve hours and no longer.

You hear back
Verified, or a written note saying exactly what is missing. Your application stays open while you answer it.
The licence check is a FORMAT check and is labelled as one everywhere it appears — it parses the ATF pattern and type code. It is not ATF eZCheck, and we do not describe it as verification.

Government seats can never advertise, on any plan. Money must not be able to buy the voice of the state. How review and citation actually work.
